I noticed you haven't posted for a while, so I hope you are ok, and you get this message.I have halogen bulbs in my craft room, and I noticed if I spend a lot of time in there, I get really exhausted, sore, and feel like I am flaring.I have several autoimmune diseases, including SLE, and fibromyalgia.I have been leaving the halogens off the last few times while crafting, and I am feeling lots better! I think I need new lighting in my crafting area!
